TMS, Spravato, and Advanced Psychiatry Serving Aspen Hill, MD
Aspen Hill residents seeking advanced psychiatric care don’t need to travel far. Our Rockville clinic is about 10 minutes from Aspen Hill, and we specialize in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD for adults who haven’t found relief through standard care.
We offer TMS therapy, Spravato (esketamine), IM ketamine, and medication management under one roof. We accept Medicare and Maryland Medicaid for advanced treatments, along with most major commercial insurance, and our team handles prior authorizations so you don’t have to.

Why Aspen Hill Patients Choose Bright Horizons
Most psychiatric clinics offer medication management. Few offer TMS, Spravato, and IM ketamine in the same practice, and even fewer accept Medicare and Maryland Medicaid for those treatments. That combination is what brings Aspen Hill patients to us.
Our clinic is led by Dr. Amir Etesam, a Johns Hopkins-affiliated psychiatrist, alongside two psychiatric nurse practitioners. We focus specifically on adults who have tried antidepressants and standard therapy without enough relief, and we build treatment plans around what each patient actually needs rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
