Collaborative care starts here

Not sure if your patient is eligible for TMS or Spravato? Let us handle the evaluation. We assess eligibility, build a personalized plan, and keep you informed throughout treatment.

Who to refer, and what insurers look for

Use these checklists as a starting point. We still evaluate each patient individually and confirm coverage before treatment begins.

  • Has failed 2 or more medication trials

Provider communication

We assess your patient for TMS or Spravato, create a personalized treatment plan, and keep you updated every step of the way.

How referrals work

Three simple steps from your referral to coordinated care.

  1. Call or fax your referral

Share the patient’s name, DOB, insurance, diagnosis, and medication history. Fax (240) 599-1002 or call (240) 599-1001.

  2. We assess eligibility

Our team evaluates fit for TMS, Spravato, or IM ketamine, verifies benefits, and handles prior authorization when needed.

  3. You stay in the loop

We create a personalized plan and keep you updated on evaluation findings, treatment start, and progress.

Questions from referring providers

Do my patients need a referral from me to be seen?

No. Patients can book directly. Referring providers are welcome to send clinical information so we can coordinate care and keep you informed.

Which treatments accept provider referrals?

We commonly receive referrals for Deep TMS, Spravato (esketamine), IM ketamine, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management for treatment-resistant depression and related conditions.

What information should I include with a referral?

Patient demographics, diagnosis, current medications, prior antidepressant trials (names, doses, duration, response), relevant labs or notes, and insurance details help us move quickly on eligibility and prior auth.

Will you update me after you see my patient?

Yes. With appropriate consent, we keep referring providers informed about eligibility, the treatment plan, and clinical progress for TMS or Spravato pathways.

Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid referrals?

Yes. We accept major commercial plans, Medicare, and Maryland Medicaid. We verify benefits before treatment begins.
