TMS Therapy

TMS is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment for depression — and it’s especially effective for people who haven’t had success with antidepressants. It uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate the part of your brain that controls mood. No sedation, no downtime, and covered by most insurance.

Sessions are 20–40 minutes, five days a week for about 4–6 weeks. Most patients start noticing a difference within the first two to three weeks.

Spravato (Esketamine)

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression — meaning depression that hasn’t improved with at least two antidepressants. It works differently from traditional medications and, for many patients, starts working within hours rather than weeks.
It’s administered in our office, and we handle prior authorization with your insurance. Most major plans cover it.

Intramuscular Ketamine

Ketamine has transformed how psychiatrists treat severe, treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. We offer IM ketamine (intramuscular), which delivers comparable results to IV infusion with a simpler, more accessible administration process — all under careful medical supervision in our Rockville office.
