SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and depressive symptoms with acute suicidal ideation or behavior in adults, and is available only through a restricted REMS program. Treatment is administered in a certified healthcare setting with required post-dose monitoring. SPRAVATO® may cause sedation, dissociation, respiratory depression, and has a risk of abuse and misuse. Patients should not drive or operate machinery until the next day after a restful sleep.

IM ketamine therapy for psychiatric conditions is an off-label use of ketamine and is not FDA-approved for depression. Treatment is provided under medical supervision following clinical evaluation and informed consent. Individual results vary. Always discuss eligibility, risks, and alternatives with a licensed provider.
