Whether you’re a primary care physician, therapist, or another specialist, we’re here to support your patients with timely psychiatric evaluation and treatment.

Not sure if your patient is eligible for TMS, Spravato treatment? Let us handle the evaluation! We’ll assess their eligibility and keep you informed throughout the process.

Patient Eligibility:

  • Not satisfied with results of antidepressants
  • Responded to medication but not in remission
  • Struggling with medication side effects
  • Has failed 2 or more medication trials
  • Prefers to avoid antidepressants or augumentors

Insurance Requirements:

  • Diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
  • Participation in two or more medication trials
  • We accept all major commercial plans, Medicare and Medicaid

Provider Communication:


We’ll assess your patient for TMS or Spravato treatments and create a personalized treatment plan, keeping you updated every step of the way.
