We specialize in treatment-resistant depression, complex mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, and adult ADHD for patients who need advanced options when standard medication and therapy haven’t been enough. Our practice is led by a Johns Hopkins-affiliated psychiatrist, and we accept most major commercial insurance including federal employee plans.

Getting to Our Rockville Clinic from Chevy Chase
Our office at 6000 Executive Blvd, Suite 101 in Rockville is a 15 to 20 minute drive from most Chevy Chase addresses. The most common routes are Wisconsin Avenue north through Bethesda or Connecticut Avenue north through Kensington, both leading directly to Executive Boulevard. Free parking is available in the building’s attached garage.
The Friendship Heights and Bethesda Metro stations on the Red Line are accessible from Chevy Chase, and our clinic is a short distance from the Twinbrook Metro stop.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment is in person at our Rockville clinic and runs 60 to 90 minutes. We do a thorough psychiatric evaluation, review your medication and treatment history carefully, and have an honest conversation about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what advanced options make sense. If TMS, Spravato, or ketamine is appropriate, we walk through the process and the insurance coverage before anything is scheduled.
After your initial visit, ongoing follow-up appointments can be in person or virtual anywhere in Maryland.
