Getting to Our Rockville Clinic from Germantown
Our office at 6000 Executive Blvd, Suite 101 in Rockville is about 20 to 25 minutes from most Germantown addresses, depending on traffic on I-270. The most common route is south on I-270 to the Montrose Road exit, then a short drive east to Executive Boulevard. Free parking is available in the building’s attached garage.
The Shady Grove Metro station on the Red Line is partway between Germantown and our clinic and accessible by Ride On Bus, and our office is a short distance from the Twinbrook Metro stop.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment is in person at our Rockville clinic and runs 60 to 90 minutes. We do a full psychiatric evaluation, review your medication and treatment history, and have an honest conversation about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what makes sense to try next. If TMS, Spravato, or ketamine is appropriate, we walk through the process and the insurance coverage before anything is scheduled.
After your initial evaluation, ongoing follow-up appointments can be in person or virtual from anywhere in Maryland, which makes the long-term care commitment easier to fit into a busy Germantown schedule.
