Getting to Our Rockville Clinic from Kensington
Our office at 6000 Executive Blvd, Suite 101 in Rockville is about 10 to 12 minutes from most Kensington addresses, depending on traffic. The most common route is north on Connecticut Avenue, then west on Knowles Avenue or Cedar Lane to Executive Boulevard. This is one of the shorter commutes in our service area, which makes it practical for daily TMS sessions or weekly Spravato visits.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment is in person at our Rockville clinic and runs 60 to 90 minutes. We do a full psychiatric evaluation, review your medication and treatment history in depth, and have an honest conversation about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what makes sense to try next. If TMS, Spravato, or ketamine is appropriate, we walk through the process and the insurance coverage before anything is scheduled.
After your initial evaluation, ongoing follow-up appointments can be in person or virtual from anywhere in Maryland. The same psychiatrist or nurse practitioner sees you at each follow-up, which matters when you’re managing a long-term condition.
