- Intake and symptom review, 15 minutes. Detailed questions about your current symptoms, when they started, what has made them better or worse, and your psychiatric and medical history.
- Medication review or initiation, 15 minutes. If you’re on psychiatric medication, we assess how well it’s working and what side effects you’re having, then adjust it or start something new.
- Treatment plan, 10 minutes. Medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and where appropriate Spravato or IM ketamine, both available at Rockville and Frederick. Deep TMS is offered at the Rockville office only.
- Follow-up scheduling, 5 minutes. You book your next appointment before you leave, usually 2 to 4 weeks out.
