Take the Guesswork
Out of Your Medications

When it comes to mental health, the right medication can make a life-changing difference. But finding that right medication—and taking it safely—requires expert guidance. That’s where we come in.

What Is Medication Management?

Medication management means ensuring you’re on the right medication, at the right dose, with the fewest side effects possible. It’s a personalized, ongoing process to help you get better results from your treatment—and feel more like yourself again.

At Bright Horizons Psychiatry, medication is often a core part of treating moderate to severe mental health conditions. Our team specializes in psychopharmacology and uses only evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs.

What Is Medication Management?

Medication management means more than writing a prescription. It’s an ongoing partnership between you and your provider to:

  • Find the most effective medication for your condition

  • Reduce or eliminate side effects

  • Avoid medication interactions

  • Track your progress over time

  • Make informed changes as your needs evolve

We also review any other medications or supplements you’re taking to avoid complications and help you stay safe.

You’re never left on your own. We walk with you every step of the way.

Personalized Treatment. Ongoing Support. Better Outcomes.

Medication is often a key part of managing conditions like:

  • Depression (including treatment-resistant depression)

  • Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

  • Panic attacks

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • PTSD and trauma-related symptoms

  • Bipolar disorder

But finding the right medication—and using it safely—takes time, patience, and expertise. That’s where we come in.

Our medication management includes:

  • Careful selection of the right medication for you

  • Ongoing monitoring and dose adjustments

  • Regular follow-ups (in-person or via telehealth)

  • Full coordination with your other care providers (if needed)
